Record number of Teams, Expanded Playoff Format Announced

With a record 26 teams competing in the league this season, the format for the Tier 1 Playoffs in the "Eli's Homemade Schnitzel" Yeshiva Basketball League was announced this week.

Following the regular season, the top 16 teams will enter the Tier 1 playoffs, which will be formatted as a bracket, with no re-seeding.

The remaining teams will be seeded in other playoff tiers, such that every team will participate in the poast-season.

Playoffs are scheduled to run from February 26th through March 11th, culminating in the award of the Red Auerbach Championship Trophy.
